Fairly easy assembly, sturdy
Fairly easy assembly, sturdy, fits 16 pairs of shoes, up to men's size 12. Fits more if you use all 3 slots, but will only work with flip flops or flats. It is sturdy and well balanced. No worry about it tipping when open even when full of shoes. No need to anchor it to the wallThere are negatives:The long separators that give you 2 or 3 compartments are narrow and leave a gap at the bottom of the spaces -- the toes of my flats slide under it and I have to bend or squish them to pull them out. There is no back to the cabinet. The one back piece is only half the height of the cabinet. The interior pieces are brown, not black to match the exterior, and the edges are rough cut, so you can see the particle board when you open the cabinet.

You get what you pay for
It's functional, but rather flimsy. The finish is typical of a particle board product. The thickness of the planks making up the shell of the cabinet is roughly 1/3 of an inch. Not very thick. Using all shoe slats provided doesn't let larger toed shoes fit. Sometimes the shoes fall into the interior of the cabinet when you close the doors. The plastic mechanism that the doors pivot on are very cheap. The instructions were also not entirely accurate. It utilizes drawing only; and none of the parts are numbered or lettered. The cylindrical parts that go into each side of the cabinet vary by diameter and the ridges they have, and were difficult to discern in function based on the diagrams. I finally made it work, but it took some time. I usually assemble furniture easily and with no issues, but this project did give me pause.

Wish I could fit more shoes in it.
Received earlier then stated, which was awesome! Assembly took about an hour and a half, followed directions and all hardware packaged separately. It’s particle board which is what I expected at this price. With that said don’t slide anything on the corners, will wear quickly through the thin coat of paint on it. I wear shoe size 7.5 to 8 and mostly high heels or shoes with a chunky heel, could only fit 16 pairs of shoes which was disappointing and why I give this a 4 star rating.

Major Design Flaws
Unless you want to only store children's shoes, do not purchase this product. I had to remove one of the back panels in order to place women's size 8 shoes in the rack. Then, of course, only certain shoes can be placed on the rack, because some shoes fall off the rack when door is closed. If the unit itself were 2" deeper, it would probably meet expectations, as far as holding adult-size shoes is concerned. The brackets are designed such that the divider shelves cannot be removed once they are fitted into the brackets. It would be much more practical if the dividers were adjustable. During assembly, It is extremely difficult (nearly impossible -- I spent hours just on this one step) to place assembled doors with brackets into the unit. There is no way to store as many shoes as advertised.

They don’t last
I’ve had these for a few months. At first they were great. Held shoes perfect even my husband’s. Now both pieces have lost the parts that make it open and close correctly. Can’t put the pieces back in to make it work. Sadly disappointed!

Bad quality
Really bad quality. Hard to put the door. No bottom finish. Really really unlike it. I just do not return because I need organize my shoes but is really bad. So sad. I put 1 start because can not stay without.

Entryway shoe storage
Nice shoe organizer for the entryway. It only came in one color, and it would have been nice to have the same type of shoe organizer with a few different colors.

Barely fits shoes
I love having the shoes out of sight rather than at the door, however it doesn't fit any where near the number of shoes it claims and with tennis shoes on the ends it is hard to close.
