A Therapeutic Experience
I’m not sure what makes this “for men” vs. “for women” because I think it would work well for everyone. The main thing I noticed was the weight. It has a really nice weight to it and feels sturdy. There’s something so therapeutic about pushing back and cleaning my cuticles, and this pusher makes it a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend it!

expensive but well made, easy and comfortable to use
This tool is a little pricey, but it works well and is easy and comfortable to use. It has one bigger and one smaller tip for bigger or smaller jobs. The tips are thin, but sturdy and smoothly rounded polished to they don't scratch. I love that the tool is one-piece so I don't have to worry about it breaking or having dirt/germs accumulate in joints. For this price, I wish they had included some kind of case to keep the tool clean and protect it from scratches.

Sturdy, well-made
I'm a cook and a gardener, so my hands take a beating every day and it's also very important to me to keep them clean so I can make safe food. I find this nail care tool to be very helpful in keeping my nails clean and cuticles in shape. I'm kind of baffled as to why Tweezerman had to market this tool as "for men". Maybe because it's got a large, sturdy, textured handle that's easy to hold on to, no matter how large your hands are, but I appreciate this design even as a woman with smaller hands. It's very solidly built from a single piece of metal, which makes it very easy to clean and even completely sanitize. Both ends are precisely tooled and useful for tidying up cuticles - one is a flat cuticle pusher with a curved bevel, and the other is a precise, curved tool for cleaning under and around the edges of nails. I've owned many different cuticle pusher tools over the years, and this one is by far the sturdiest and most nicely designed. It's a good deal pricier than the average drugstore nail care tool, but it feels like it will last a lifetime. I checked out Tweezerman's standard (unisex?) cuticle pushy tool, which seems to be very similar to this one, just built a bit slimmer, and with a slightly different tip for the "precision" end (which looks to be closer in shape to the "pushy" end). They're currently priced the same on Amazon, and I'd definitely choose this "men's" version over the other one thanks to it's easier grip and more versatile design. I've never been disappointed with a tool I've purchased from Tweezerman, and this one is no exception.

For men and women
Marketing this as a 'man's' nail care tool seems kind of silly, The big difference is the bigger barrel/body supposedly for a better grip for a guy's larger hands. While I don't have hands as large as my husband's, this bigger nail pusher is actually more comfortable for me to use. The skinny body on most nail tools can be hard to hold on to when I'm having psoriatic arthritis flare-up and my hands and fingers get super stiff. The bigger body of this nail pusher makes it easier for me to hold on to. While the tool body is bigger, I can still fit one of those silicone pencil grips over the body if I need extra grip help. The ends of the tool - the cuticle pusher and the nail cleaning scoop - remain the same size. Easy to keep clean by wiping down with alcohol or dropping boils water (or both). A kid's toothbrush will take care of anything that gets into the diamond texture on the body. Same great quality you expect from Tweezerman tools just in a bigger size. I hope Tweezerman continues to bring out more tools with a bigger body for a better grip. I am quite happy with the larger size and would love to see the upgrade applied to cuticle clippers, nail files, skin tools, etc.

Professional quality
My first introduction to Tweezerman products was not a tweezer, but a glass nail file. I fell in love with the nail file: it buffs my nails and gives them a shiny luster without taking off large layers of my nails. This double-sided nail tool for cuticles and cleaning out under nails is billed as a man’s tool but it works equally great for women. Solid and sturdy, this is made out of stainless steel. It has some weight in it but is light enough to feel comfortable in your hands. The diamond-etched grip makes it non-slippery to use even If it’s wet. I love both ends of this tool! It works best when cuticles are softened (either soaked or after applying cuticle cream), otherwise the results aren’t nearly as good - it’s hard to push he cuticle back and it can harm your skin or hurt. This nail pusher is very smooth on the end, so as long as you have soft cuticles, it will easily push your cuticle back without causing any pain. Then you may need to cut or nip off any excess cuticle after pushing It back. The other end to remove the dirt and random grime that accumulate under your nails also works great without being painful. I alone use this file but even so I still sanitize it by wiping it down with rubbing alcohol after use. I feel that this is a sturdy well made tool that is of professional quality and will last for my lifetime. It's a good value and I highly recommend it.

I like this tool. It's hefty and works well, especially on damp cuticles. Should last a lifetime.

**NOT** just for men (duh)....
...but I completely understand why they marketed a tool like this towards men! I suppose a lot of guys I know probably wouldn't know a tool like this exists. It is amazing and does an fantastic job of quickly removing dirt and debris from under my nails. It heavy duty and quite strong. This honestly might be one of my most favorite Amazon finds of 2022!!! For us ladies, I especially like using it on my toenails while doing a pedicure. I don't need to be gentle on my toenails and so I like to get in there and harshly scrap the excess dead skin from around the cuticle. And so this tool pairs especially well with a cuticle remover solution (for example: Blue Cross Cuticle Remover has been my go-to product for over a decades, simply because it's a cheap product that also works fantastic). Anyway, I would absolutely recommend this nail pusher to both men and women! I use it at least every other day.

Sturdy, essential, used it twice in a year
I can't fault the product at all. I went through a short phase of wanting to sort out my horrible man hands, and it did the job it was designed for. Turns out I'm too uninterested in my cuticles to use this thing more than twice unfortunately.
