Q: Is the inside lining of the two tone black hat black or a pattern?

Actually, I believe it gives you an option whether you'd like just the black lining or a faux fur. I purchased this for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day and it was nicer than expected. I purchased the faux fur hat.

Q: Will this hat fit a 7 1/2/XL head?

My head is 7 1/4 L and this was too tight. So no it will not

Q: approximate size - small, medium, large, extra large, etc?

It fit my 13 yr old cousin who has a large head, so I would say it will fit the average man head.
