The perfect cookie an all-around spatula, but It's dead Jim.
Great spatula, super flexible makes it easy to scrape the last bit of crust off the pan with the feed, as well as scraping the cooked or burned on bits when cleaning. The thinness makes it perfect for getting cookies off aluminum baking trays, the clean, thin, stainless means that freshly baked cookies don't stick like they do with a plastic spatula. The sharp edge and narrow size make it idea for cutting food in a 9x13 baking dish, as well as running around the sides to break them loose and the fact that it flexes makes it easy to pull out the first slice of food from the edge of the dish, even if it's glued on lasagna and cheese. I bought mine in 11/2018 and one arm finally broke loose in 4/2026. I'm surprised it held up so well with all the flexing and stress the welds on the handle are put through. Six years is good enough for me, I'm here to get another.

Good field research tool - collecting feces from net
This is the best tool for scraping killer whale poop from a net. The thin metal collects the sample well, and it is easy to sterilize since it is all metal, both in the field, and at the lab via an autoclave. The metal is pretty flexible, so you can manipulate it to the angle that you need. If you're collecting biological samples via a net in water and the material is diffuse and difficult to get into a specimen container, this spatula would be a good tool for you.

Perfect for much more than cookies
My first Ateco cookie spatula was a wedding gift, and it lasted over 5 years of constant (near daily) use and dishwasher runs before the welding at the handle finally broke off from the spatula blade. I tried to live without it since I have several other spatulas. After a couple weeks, I broke down and reordered one... and feel complete in the kitchen once more. The blade is extremely thin and can get under anything. But because it's not a huge blade, it has a tautness and strength that allows it to pick up things much bigger than cookies. It's my favorite for pancakes and omelets. It's also great for serving lasagna and cakes, since the blade is fine enough to slice through soft things. It's my go-to spatula and it's a really great item in the kitchen.

I love this, but...
I had one of these that "walked away", so replaced it with this nearly identical model. The original didn't have the serrations on the side, and that was a better design. I'm not sure what the point of the serrations are, it's not good for cutting, you need a knife for that; it just makes it a tiny bit more difficult to use and clean. Serves no purpose. The plus - it's flexible and thin, and will slide right under a slice of pie in a glass or metal pie pan. It's strong enough to lift up any normal piece of pie. It's perfect in that aspect...better than any other I've seen. I've read that some people have had the spot welds break. That's unfortunate, and I can see how it could happen. If you know of anyone with a TIG (not mig) welder, though, they should easily and quickly be able to repair it. Stainless is easy TIG weld. Just offer them a pie and that should be enough.

A chefs dream! EDIT: spot welds are weak!
Fried eggs, smash burgers, this thing is a total weapon for cast iron and (non)nonstick cooks. I’m in love with this spatch.it has the perfect amount of flexibility, strength and thinness to do exactly what you want it to. Edited: the spot welds holding the handle to the blade have failed. A bit disappointed, although I stand by this being an absolute weapon in the kitchen, the build quality is a bit weak for something touted as an industrial spatula. I’m not a restaurant, or someone who uses this everyday, so it having failed in under 4 months is a bit sad. Docking this from 5 to 4 stars

Can't live without it, best spatula ever!
This spatula is so great that I am compelled to write my first Amazon review. Great features: blade is thin, flexible, and has a nice crisp edge. It works particularly well on our Lodge cast iron skillet. The crisp edge does a nice job of scraping food off the bottom and sides as you cook (and for cleanup too). It also works well for tossing / scraping roasted vegetables on a roasting pan. And it's great for serving bars or brownies from a pan. I would NOT recommend using it on a non-stick or standard AllClad type pan as it will scratch the surface. The looped handle is great for hanging on a hook in our kitchen so this spatula is always at the ready. I bought my first of these spatulas at a high end kitchen store over 10 years ago. A tack weld on that original spatula finally broke a few weeks ago. I was thrilled to the exact same one on Amazon as that kitchen store had stopped selling this brand years ago (I know this because I tried to buy one for a friend). I ordered a replacement for our kitchen, one for our camping cook kit, and one for a relative with a new cast iron skillet. For the price, I had no concern over replacing it. I would agree with the other reviews, that with the short handle this is not your go to spatula for grilling. However, we can't live without this spatula to the point that we've been taking it on our camping trips for years for cooking over a fire and camp stove. In addition to the awesomeness noted above, it is light weight and compact to fit in our utensil roll.

...de gran utilidad
Siempre que hacía brownies sacar la primera pieza en un solo trozo era imposible, pues con esta espátula flexible lo logro sin problemas. Definitivamente ahora es un artículo imprescindible en mis instrumentos de repostería.

All metal, no plastic. Thin and flexible.
Would give it 10 stars. A nice plain 100% stainless spatula with a highly flexible and thin "flipper" end. This does exactly what it says, and doesn't look like some kind of ridiculous sci-fi prop. More importantly, doesn't leave micro plastics all over your food. If it breaks, will 100% buy another.

Thin and flexible. Perfect!
I’ve had one of these for decades and it finally fell apart last year. So happy to find a replacement!
