OMG! The back of my hair literally stopped growing 2yrs ago. I had to keep cutting the front above my shoulders so it would be even. I bought these because of the good reviews I read. Well, in June I bought my first bottle and now , 5 months later, the back of my hair has grown 2 1/2” or a little more easily . I combined the gummies with a shampoo and conditioner called Carols daughter which helps prevent breakage from flat irons and blow drying. What a remarkable difference! I wish I had taken pictures from then to now. I’m so happy with my hair now. It’s fuller, longer and softer even with the blow drying and flat iron. I take two gummies every day. I believe that these have helped my hair. Just try them. If they don’t work for you at least you didn’t spend $80 for a bottle like some of those other hair supplements. Plus they taste good. Best hair skin and nails gummies. All other brands have funky tastes, but not these

My nails had been paper thin and peeling for several years due to medications and stress. I saw improvements from these supplements within a week! I had to start CUTTING my nails within a MONTH because they became so strong they started growing TOO LONG!! (A trick to get your nails to grow faster is to keep the cuticles pushed back and up off the nails so that they are free to grow once they start!)Although the taste is not the best, I take them in a handful along with my other daily vitamins in gummy form and don’t notice it. I would be willing to endure a much worse taste for the complete turn around I have seen with my nails in just a couple weeks! Completely worth it!

I tried Nature’s Way Alive! Hair, Skin & Nails Gum and honestly, I’m impressed. It tastes pretty decent for a gum, and after a few weeks, I noticed my hair had a bit more shine. It’s not a miracle product, but if you’re after a small boost, it could be worth a try. A nice, easy addition to your routine.

Unlike the Alive Multivitamin for women which taste horrible, these are pretty good. I like the tangy taste.

I find hair & nail vitamins w/ both collagen & biotin make my nails stronger. I have a physical job & I rip open a lot of cardboard & my nails grow faster, seem stronger. My hair is shiny too, looks healthy but I also don't do much to damage it-i don't color it & it air dries 98% of the time. Did you know it's important to eat breakfast for healthy hair? Hair is the last thing to get nutrients from your body so it's important to fuel up in the morning. I like that these have added fruits & veggies. The gummy form/texture is fine even if gummies aren't my preferred form. I don't like the taste. It's too strong & a bit tart at the same time. Like an odd kids candy. I know vitamins aren't supposed to taste great but the flavor & tartness is too much. I chew them little as possible & swallow,lol. It's a shame, the price & formula is great!
