Apple Pectin Powder 16oz 1 Pound

This pectin is very flavorful but will not blend easily in drinks and is clumpy and then finally sinks to a thick mass in the bottom of the glass. Also it was sent in a plain green plastic bag with a bread tie and a small label...no instructions for use. I ordered more than one and the first came right away and the other was several weeks getting here. It's fairly expensive too. Just saying...use your own judgement!
