Absolutely rubbish springs keep snapping and hit my small 10 year old in the back had to replace over half the springs since April and no way of contacting the seller 😡😡

Ripped enclosure foam around poles
The trampoline itself was fine but the enclosure came and the foam padding was all ripped and the enclosure poles were bent making it hard to attach them together, about disappointing

The net has arrived but no trampoline! So disappointed and vacant get hold of anyone to discuss it with!

Everything has been replaced
We have had this for a year now, and with the exclusion of the metal round frame work, the legs and the net, everything else has been replaced. The springs starting breaking within weeks of use, and then the trampoline itself starting loosing its hooks - the sewing just wasn’t strong enough to hold them on. We have had to replace this in the end. The poles bent at the slightest touch and have been completely replaced also. The black mat to cover the springs has lost every elastic attachment also, so is very free moving at the moment. Yes, it gets a lot of use - but that’s why we bought it. It still shouldn’t be almost entirely replaced within a year. Not happy. I would not recommend.
