I bought this book for my daughter's 8 year old friend. She loves horses and everything about them. This book is very lovely; has a lot of illustrations and is written so that children can understand and learn. My daughter's friend loved the book!

We have owned horses for years and I bought this as a stocking stuffer for my daughter. Not sure who loved it more, her or I?! LOL But it is still read to this read and referred to throughout our trail rides. Some great information in that lil ole book.

This is a nice little book. It's perfect for my 9 year old who is really into horses right now. It gives a lot of information, high quality pictures, and a good variety too.

Great book for my 10 year old horse lover! They have learned much about horses, things you normally don't know or read about. Good resource, would use in my primary aged classroom as well!
