Good product, bad customer service from AoStyle
Ordered a massage wand from AoStyle. The product was delivered on time but did not include the charger cord, only the wand itself and wall plug. This product is not very useful without the charging cord...I reached out to see if they could ship me the charging cord and I haven't heard back in almost 2 weeks. The product itself if great but order from a different vendor. Awful customer service.

invest in something better
for the huge size (and I mean this thing is giant), really weak vibrations. Nothing exciting, and loud, too. not worth the hassle or the money. spend 10 more dollars and get something better.

Very fragile power button!!!!!!
I bought this 2 months ago and have used it 3 times... It won't come on any more!!! The switch is broken inside and is not repairable. Very disappointed and a little angry. Be very careful when you push the power button!
