The seat over all is comfortable. the complaint that I have is that the metal plate that the lower cushion is not sturdy enough. after getting on and off the tractor multiple times the forward seat corner bends down. Eventually the seat will have to be replaced much sooner than the OEM seat due the metal fatigue of the seat pan.

Fit my JD400 tractor well although the seat is a little higher then the old one this is a great replacement option.

not much give
It's a good seat just not much give it the springs. I weigh bout 215 and I have it set as low as it'll go but not much give at all. It's about like riding a hard tail Harley
