Best purchase I’ve made for my 2019 F250. My DPF was not regenerating and was full cutting power and calling to be serviced. I tired fuel treatments and didn’t work. I saw this allowed a manual forced regen and I decided to try it. It worked perfect and so easy to use. Saved me time and money and it also did a full diagnostic scan. Definitely recommend

Invaluable tool for my 2014 F-150 - had tail light / signal go out after recent bulb replacement and all of the basics (bulbs, fuses) were fine - ford dealer said I needed a new BCM + programming for $1500….some research on youtube and this scanner found and cleared those faults and resolved it - if you have a ford from years 1996-2020 (not sure about more recent) this thing will save you money in the long run for things you can diagnose and resolve yourself that mechanics will only be too happy to charge you for.

Needed a code reader for my F-350. The packaging was destroyed when I got it. No protective film on the screen, so I’m guessing it’s a return. Understanding the manual is a challenge. You have to make a lot of assumptions because the directions aren’t very clear. Spelling and grammar is terrible. Getting the software update is a guessing game. Have to go to the Ansel site to download the zip file, and then download their unzip program. It doesn’t talk to Windows 7 as they say it should, but it will connect to Window 11. The manual gives you the impression it will open up a GUI when connected to a computer. It doesn’t. Couldn’t get the feedback option to work. Nothing in the manual to help troubleshoot the problem. Have to look into the failure codes it calls out, because the Ford Dealer says there aren’t any failure codes. On one of their less expensive models, the I/M button would identify the code & provide possible causes. This model does not do that. Need to ask some questions regarding other functions & what effect they would have.

I contacted the manufacturer to confirm compatibility and was told it will work with our vehicle, it does not.

I purchased this specifically to force my 2017 F350 6.7L diesel to perform a DPF regeneration. My normal driving habits don't allow it to maintain itself. Unfortunately that means my truck clogged up it's diesel particulate filter to the point that it would no longer try its automatic regeneration. It told me service was required at a Ford Service center. This tool allowed me to reset the DPF and perform a regen. It worked perfectly. Going forward I plan to force a regen after every oil change so it's going to be a very valuable tool to maintain my truck going forward.

Je l'ai acheté à cause de mon achat d'un Ford, très utile pour TPMS (capteur pression pneus) et reset changement d'huile. Demande un peu d'ajustement, certaines commandes ne sont pas évidentes.

This scanner doesn't do half of what it is advertised to perform on my ford cougar. I sent messages to the manufacturer asking for assistance to update the product but they do do reply. Don't buy it as you will be wasting your money.

I purchased a new Ancel FD700 from Amazon. The DPF regen which was the main reason for my purchase did not work with Ford Ecosport TitaniumS DTCi 2021 model. I contacted customer care many times and requested them many times to update the software to support the beyond 2020 model. But, till today, there is no updated software. I have wasted time and money on Ancel. Don't buy any of their Rubish products.

Ein tolles Gerät ich habe ein Ford Kuga bj 2010 und bei mir ist die Motorstörung aufgeleuchtet wahr auch in der Werkstatt das erste Mal hat Ford den Diesel filter und ’nen Sensor ausgetauscht hat mich über 1000 Euro gekostet für nichts aber am nächsten Tag ist es wieder gekommen lag anscheinend doch nicht da dran dann noch 3-mal löschen lasen nichts hat geholfen die wussten auch nicht, wo der Fehler wahr, habe mir dann ein universales Diagnosegerät für 30Euro geholt aber der hat auch keine Fehler erkannt, danach hebe ich dieses gerät gesehen und die Rezensionen gelesen und manche haben geschrieben das es bei ihrem Ford geholfen hat also habe ich es noch mal riskiert mehr als 30Euro für ein Gerät auszugeben und es hat sich gelohnt, leider ist dass Menü nur auf Deutsch die Diagnose nicht aber egal Diagnose gestartet Fehler gefunden und behoben (gelöscht) endlich alles weg und bis jetzt nicht wider gekommen Hoffe ich helfe auch jemanden damit. Also für Ford kann ich nur empfehlen. Und auch mal mehr auszugeben für ein Diagnosegerät lohnt sich.
