I bought this to sell a portable air conditioner that had a damaged hose.
I bought this to substitute for the damaged exhaust hose of a gray (Sharpe) portable air conditioner. This worked great and was even of higher quality than the original. I did this to sell the thing, and the buyer was very happy with the whole purchase.

Clockwise vs CounterCW matters
Verify which direction hose screws into a/c unit.It is either CW or CCW. No matter what you read hose is not both. You can not simply flip it over. Made that mistake trusting another review.Product was great!

It was very hard to thread this product. However, once threaded it works fine.

Event though the item states counterclockwise, that is a non-concern; it is actually counterclockwise on one end, clockwise on the other.
