These vitamins are the best!! I've tried several other name brands and either got no results after long term use or I couldn't take because they made me nauseous! These do NOT make me nauseated and I've only been taking them a couple weeks and I'm already seeing their effectiveness, such as hair is healthier and not falling out as much, nails are not as brittle, and just general overall feeling healthier. The coating makes them easy to swallow. Thank you, Nature Made for a great product using great ingredients, that doesn't cost a fortune. Cost is actually the cheapest multivitamin I've bought and works better than all the others!!
