My home PC finally went into terminal decline recently so I have trod the well worn path of buying a new PC and installing everything I need on the new computer. Microsoft Office is in the process of changing it's licencing model. It's rapidly becoming normal to rent software rather than but it. I just did not feel I could justify renting word and excel for modest home use. I have worked happily with the same version of office for a decade without encountering any problems with compatibility or the need for updates and upgrades. I see no reason to believe the next 10 years will be any different. I am not keen on my documents stored on a cloud site outside of my control either. I therefore wanted to pay a one-off fee for the most recent version of Office with documents stored on my hard drive. The cheapest and quickest way seems to be buying a code like this. You get a letter through the letterbox after a few days with instructions on how to download/install and the all important licence code. I had no trouble installing it and it works fine. There are no updates - EVER. i cannot use the licence code on another computer - EVER. The cost is much cheaper than Office 365 and I don't need a never ending set of updates. I ordered from Diligent Vikki Limited and it all worked smoothly. Big thumbs up.

I purchased this product from the seller Vikki Diligent and I can confirm the product works perfectly as it should and this was my experience and I hope it helps others with their decision on whether they wish to also purchase this product.I placed my order on Amazon and received my order by post, the product was advertised to be a usb stick which is what I was expecting to receive. However what I received was a single piece of paper (that had been printed off what looked like a home printer) with url links and a activation code on it. First thing that went through my mind is, there are a lot of scams going around right now. How do I know if this is a legit product or a scam. How do I know that I am not downloading a virus or hacked modified piece of software to my device? I have never received software in this way before. I have always purchased authentic branded software on usb sticks or on installation discs in the past or downloaded software from the branded software company such as Microsofts website for example and just entered a key code to activate my purchase I have bought. Given my concerns I contacted the seller directly to question them about the product without using or activating it and informed them I would be happy to return their product back to them unused for a refund and they were very polite and explained to me that the media type USB in the Amazon listing is an error and they have written to Amazon several times to have this corrected, but this has not been done by Amazon. They informed me that the software is a ESD (Electronic Software Download) version and there is no USB designed for it even by Microsoft. They informed me that even if you buy directly from Microsoft they still provide a download version. They said if I still had doubts that they would happily provide a full refund for my order for my own peace of mind.This information was useful and helpful but of course I still had my doubts and I had to think about it and I tried doing some research with good old detective Google and some people said £30 for Microsoft is a scam but on other websites they advertised like on CNET it saying Microsoft is currently doing a £30 deal on their software which is what brought me to amazon in the first place looking at the software, but I didn't want to commit to any subscription based software and wanted a one off purchase for one pc and not interested in regular updates to the software as computers depending on the type of computer can have anything from a 5 to 10 to 20 year lifetime span before upgrading or changing your machine and I would have to buy another software again when that time comes so in my mind it made more sense to gamble £30 instead if £400 every time I upgrade my computers. I think this is my 7th Microsoft office purchase in my lifetime (and I used to spend £200 for it from Currys or Microsoft directly) and the software even though it says one life time purchase it is for the lifetime of the PC and not the person, so with this in mind I thought if it works it cost only £30 and is a saving, if it didn't work it only cost me £30 and not £400 like it has cost me in the past for each computer and worse case scenario I could just wipe and reinstall my software from scratch if it did anything to my PC which I built myself, but I can confirm that from my experience after installing this software everything works perfectly fine and there are legitimate companies who buy keys in bulk and sell them at a discount for customers, always use caution when buying from sellers as you never know what you are getting, but I can as a customer vouch for the seller Vikki Diligent as they are who I bought from and it works. The installation process may feel a bit daunting at the beginning having to type in url links to download the software (to run a virtual iso file which is like a virtual disc that runs) and follow certain steps instead of just running off a usb disc with one click but it is straightforward process if you pay attention and follow the instructions and they have a video link with visual instructions of the step by step process to help and if you have any problems or questions the seller is more than happy to assist you. If this seller sells any other software keys I would have no hesitation in buying from them again in the future. I hope this helps others in there own decision making process and gives them confidence with their purchase.

It's very valuable to buy it. However, it doesn't ship me the USB, instead of a download link and product key.In fact, that's what I want. Anyway, why don't they just send me an email for the download link and product key. It can save their money and also save the post time.

Bought this as the free 2019 office supplied as part of my college course expired.Initially had an issue with the code provided, emailed the company and a reply with an alternate code was supplied very quickly.This code combined with the excellent instructions provided enabled the smooth loading and activation of Office 2021.Overall a decent company to do business with.

Received info by signed for letter within 2 days. The license enclosed did not work so contacted seller who responded within the hour assuring me the problem would be resolved. I received a new license the next day which worked perfectly. Superb customer service and great product. Thanks DV

The download of this software was easy and quick and the support provided by the supplier MB Shipplier was excellent.You do have to remove all other versions and once uploaded, make sure your version is against the current account. I got stuck on this part and as soon as I switched to the correct account, all the MS softwares were available immediately for use. Excellent value for money.

I am to the best computer user so was wary of buying this product in case there were problems. I managed to get and install it with little problems. And after a few months I have not had any messages from MS to say the are going to stop it working as it is not an authorised product. So would recommend to anyone
