I love this book so much. I use it for simple guides, or reminders in simple living. I bought it for my friend too. She says she is enjoying it.

Should be “48 lessons to relieve anxiety at work”. There were definitely some good lessons but 80% of them apply directly to the workplace. I do not work so I didn’t find this book helpful. If you’re having anxieties at the workplace this book is for you!
