Yeah but they are intended for emergency situations to keep you going for a few days while being as compact as possible so you can fit a disaster food supply in a glove compartment or a tacklebox or whatever. I wouldn't use them as an intentional diet of any sort especially not anything long term. If you were to make the whole thing last the full 15 days it is intended for (eating 12 tabs a day) you are only getting like 240 calories a day. They do however have 100% of your daily essential vitamins and minerals in that serving so thats a big win.
