It seems the phone holder is robust and stick properly on the dashboard and the windscreen. However, one cons I have noted that the arm is a bit short

I bought this as a gift as I like mine so much.

For a start the part that is meant to stick to the windscreen doesn’t and my whole phone nearly flew out the window. Then it just broke apart. So I gave up with that and just used the part that grips into the vents. It’s okay but every time you go round a bend or roundabout it spins around. There is no way to stop this or tighten it as it is just a ball joint. Suchhhh an annoyance. Also if you have a larger or heavier phone it spins all the time. I changed to an iPhone and it isn’t quite as bad as the phone is lighter and smaller. Still infuriating as it doesn’t sit where you want it by any means.

Very pleased so far, I bought it for the Motorhome and it sits on top of the dashboard and hasn’t moved in over 600 miles, grips the phone well and i really like the button on the back that releases the jaws which is damped, when the phone is in the cradle on the move it hardly moves so highly recommend this product.

Does what it is supposed to do. Easy to install and use.

I was really surprised at the quality of this holder,it solid and really sturdy. When I buy items like this I like to check them out first, but after browsing around I spotted this one in Amazon and for the price I was quite shocked. The other reason was usually bought holders that clipped to the air vents but wanted to give one with a sucker a go and the added extra with this one was it came with both so I had the option to switch back if there was issues with the sucker but when the holder arrived the sucker was quite solid, also the tighteners on the arms are very easy to grip and no bounce on the arm when extended. If I had to give one critacisism it would be on the main part of that holds the phone the 2 sliding holder at either side are set a little low down on the plate but if sliders are squeezed in tightly it doesn't seem to be an issue. All in all I would rate this product a solid 10.
