Easy Programming
I had 2 ignition keys, so programming the transponder was easy. The remote programming was simple. They work just like the old worn out originals did when they were new.

Great Value & Perfect Fit! 🚗🔑
I recently purchased the 2X KeylessOption Key Fob Replacement for my 2013 car, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. The fobs arrived in great condition and were an exact match for the original ones. They were easy to program with the instructions provided, and both worked flawlessly once synced to my vehicle. The quality of the fobs is excellent—they feel durable and well-made, unlike some of the cheap alternatives I’ve seen. I was able to save a lot of money compared to dealer prices, and now I have two extra working key fobs for my car. I highly recommend this key fob replacement for anyone with compatible vehicles (2009-2016 models). It’s a great value, performs well, and was easy to set up! Would definitely buy again!

Needs the two master to add for ignition, needs the 8 in 10 sec for the Fob
Basically, it works, but as JH below notes, it needs one step to get the ignition chip to work, and a second, different step. I would find a video on the internet for both proceedures to be sure. Ignition: Have TWO working keys and the one to be programmed. Insert the first, turn to run, wait for most of the indicator lights to go out, immediately remove it and repeat with the second key, then place the third in. The door locks should cycle and it should be able to start the truck. Insure all three keys still work, if not repeat with the two working keys to add the nonworking one. For the Fob part, take one of the working keys, and turn it to run and off 8 times in less than 10 seconds - there will be an indication. Then press the lock or unlock on the new key, but to be sure, also press/test the old keys to make sure all work. There is a calibration bit that can enable remote start (what I did using ForScan) That will work but you need to be by the passenger door unless you get the antenna DA8Z-15603-A to get normal range.

WORKS SAME AS FACTORY
I ORDERED THIS KEY TO INSTALL REMOTE START FOR MY 2011 F150. F150S WITH XLT OR HIGHER TRIM PACKAGE FROM 2009 TO 2014 ALREADY HAS THE REQUIRED MODULE INSTALLED FOR THE REMOTE START. YOU DO NEED TO VERIFY THAT IT HAS THE HOOD AJAR SWITCH. IF YOUR TRUCK DID NOT COME WITH REMOTE START, THAT SWITCH AND THE AERIAL ANTENNA ASSEMBLY MUST BE INSTALLED FOR THIS TO WORK THE REMOTE START FUNCTION. FORD PART # FOR ANTENNA IS DA8Z-15603-A. AFTER HAVING BOTH OF THESE INSTALLED, HAD LOCAL FORD DEALER CUT THE KEY FOR ME, THEY DID IT FOR FREE AS A FAVOR SINCE I ORDER PARTS FOR THE SHOP I WORK AT. HAD ONE OF THE TECHNICIANS I WORK WITH USE OUR IDS AND PROGRAM THE KEYS AND TURN ON THE MODULE. TOTAL INVESTMENT TO GET WORKING WAS AROUND 50 BUCKS FOR KEY AND ANTENNA, PLUS LUNCH FOR A TECHNICIAN. THE ONLY REASON I DID NOT GIVE 5 STARS IS COMPARED TO THE FACTORY KEY, THIS ONE IS A LITTLE ON THE LIGHTER SIDE AND I CAN TELL IT IS NOT AS WELL BUILT AS THAT ONE. IT DID, HOWEVER, ONLY COST A QUARTER OF A FACTORY KEY, SO ALL IN ALL, STILL A GREAT DEAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND.

Five Stars
order this one, key didn't fully program. Only starts the vehicle will not lock or unlock the doors. First of all I just like to apologize for the comment I made earlier and the reason I did is because I had the key programmed at a Ford Dealership. Big mistake, I felt like I was taken for my money and I ended up purchasing a key from the dealership (another big mistake). For some reason I just couldn't get over the fact that the key didn't work.Well before all of this I had ordered another key before having the first one cut and programmed. Now I'm upset and very disappointed. Well not satisfied with the Dealership, I decided to give it one more tried before finally giving up. So I took the new keys to Pop of Lock and explain to the Tech that Ford program the key and it will only start the truck but would not lock or unlock it. The run the keys across his tester and stated that both keys where good.

Cheap trash - 2nd review
** After all the trouble of finding someone to cut the key, program the key this cheap trash broke, snapped right in 1/2. $200 later this "MONEY SAVER" left me stranded. Cheap trash, don't buy it. *** ** Original review ** I have 2 keys, but decided I wanted to install the factory remote start ( lots of prerequisites) but in short, check your truck for the hood plunger, buy the antenna, program antenna with FORSCAN, GET A 4 BUTTON Remote, program transponder Key then program unlock buttons.Lots of small things , but this key worked. The biggest part is finding someone who will cut the key, which isn't easy unless you can make a lot of different phone calls to hardware stores. Once I found someone to cut it ( after being turned down a few times) then the programming was all over the place, lots of trial and error, but after trying multiple instructions it worked. It starts the car with the key and the buttons remotely start the truck. Overall, this is a mini project with leg work but if you can persevere you can save a ton of cash and "unlock" new features.

Program a third chipped key fob (NOW!) before you lose one and have to go to the dealership ($$$)
This new, uncut, un-programmed chipped key fob worked great for us. We had the key portion cut at a big box store. Then used the original two chipped key fobs and the procedure in the manual to program the new key. Worked the first time. Programming chipped keys and chipped multi-button fobs for Ford Super Duty trucks is pretty straightforward with instructions in the owners manual (page 65 in 2016 Super Duty Owners manual). The procedure is: Programming 2016 Super Duty Key (From pg. 65 2016 Owners Manual) "1. Insert the first previously programmed coded key into the ignition. 2. Switch the ignition from off to on. Keep the ignition on for at least three seconds, but no more than 10 seconds. 3. Switch the ignition off and remove the first coded key from the ignition. 4. After three seconds but within 10 seconds of switching the ignition off, insert the second previously coded key into the ignition. 5. Switch the ignition from off to on. Keep the ignition on for at least three seconds, but no more than 10 seconds. 6. Switch the ignition off and remove the second previously programmed coded key from the ignition. 7. After three seconds but within 10 seconds of switching the ignition off and removing the previously programmed coded key, insert the new unprogrammed key into the ignition. 8. Switch the ignition from off to on. Keep the ignition on for at least six seconds until you hear the door locks cycle. 9. Remove the newly programmed coded key from the ignition. The key will start the engine if programming is successful. You can operate the remote entry system if the new key is an integrated keyhead transmitter. If programming was not successful, wait 20 seconds and repeat Steps 1 through 8. If you are still unsuccessful, take your vehicle to an authorized dealer." Programming a Spare Key "Note: You can program a maximum of eight coded keys to your vehicle. Only four of these can be integrated keyhead transmitters. You can program your own integrated keyhead transmitter or standard SecuriLock coded keys to your vehicle. This procedure will program both the engine immobilizer keycode and the remote entry portion of the remote control to your vehicle. Only use integrated keyhead transmitters or standard SecuriLock keys. You must have two previously programmed coded keys and the new unprogrammed key readily accessible. See an authorized dealer to have the spare key programmed if two previously programmed coded keys are not available. Read and understand the entire procedure before you begin."

Misleading Programming Instructions
2011 F350 with factory remote start. All the buttons work fine, remote start works, key cut fine to turn ignition. Key won't start truck, get a "Starting System Fault" error and the alarm goes off. Bought a genuine Ford key, they last 10 times as long and work every time... Junk. Edit: This key is still cheap and the button labels are definitely going to wear off quickly, but I did get it to start the truck. The programming instructions they provide are only half the story. They only tell you how to program the buttons but not how to pair the ignition system to drive the truck. You need 2 working keys or a programmer to do this. There's a company that sells a disposable programmer that comes with a key (Simple Key?) or you can take it to a lock smith or dealership. Ace Hardware cut my key for free because they wouldn't guarantee it would work because it wasn't one of their keys. If you have two keys that work to start the truck, there's YouTube videos that worked for me. I put the first working key in the ignition, turned it to ON for 3 seconds, removed it, put the second working key in within 5 seconds, turned it to ON for 3 seconds, then put the new key within 10 seconds, and turned it to ON, left it for 3 seconds or so, I think the door locks cycled, I removed the new key, then the it worked to start the truck.
