Works great! Whistles when ready, heats up quick and looks nice

Good value
Doesn't really whistle, but makes enough noise to know when water is boiling. I like that the top opening is large enough to clean kettle properly. Good inexpensive kettle.

Kitchen must have
In my family we love tea! This was the perfect addition to our kitchen. We have a minimal amount of pots, pans, etc but this is must have! We dont have to worry about the pot of water over boiling because we can hear it when it's done!

Do not buy this kettle
Very unhappy with this purchase. After about a month of use, the tea kettle started rusting on the outside, and I suspect it’s rusting on the inside as well because the water began to taste strange. I know it’s the kettle, since water boiled in a regular pot tastes completely fine. This is unacceptable for something meant to boil drinking water. I definitely do not recommend buying this.

Not a quality tea kettle
When the water boils it starts to whistle but the steam come out the side of the whistle also so doesn't whistle all the way. The handle gets hot so you need to use some sort of towel or mitt when pouring.
