So we've had this for over a year now and it's phenomenal, I'm getting a second for one of our friends today, for their birthday. It looks over SO much about your body in terms of its sensors, and legit we were able to help track a serious health issue thanks to it.

Consistency is terrible. I weighed this morning and had the same weight (confirmed by 3 other scales) as 3 days ago, but with radically different (worse) numbers. I had not consumed anything after the first use today, and weighed 10 minutes later. Body fat % increased 5% even though fat mass dropped 3 kg. Also, muscle readings went from orange to completely green, even with the numbers being almost identical to the reading 3 days earlier, which was green only in the torso and orange elsewhere. It shows a 3-4 pound increase in visceral fat over the same time period. I am eating 1800 calories/day and walking 8 miles/day. Basal calories are around 1650. My other scales show improvements in numbers, not worsening.

Man I have to tell you I waited several days before I unboxed the scale. I dreaded it with every cut in the tape to open and remove. Dreaded it. Trying to make better choices for myself I figured this skill, being a smart one, we'll definitely help hold me a lot more accountable with his brutal honesty. Can I just tell you that I hate it because of its accuracy? But I do appreciate that it shows you the truth. It is a novel concept to me that it has sensors that can send a current through your body and read all the bad things or good things however they may be. You learn what your percentages are and what each quadrant of your body is whether you like it or not. It is grudgingly motivational. It is nice to see the numbers change from each arm and leg and stomach area and to see the history of it doing so. There's a lot of different ways that you can look at the data and I really like that. This is a good value for the money, it's spendier than your standard skill but the information it gives you and the way it tracks for you is definitely worth it

Hi how can I replace the batteries ?. The scale stop working and for sure is the battery. I did try to open the plastic section attach to the “glass” but there is no space for it and I afraid I will break it. Does any body has an idea of how to do it without damaging the device?… and if anybody knows if is easy to find the battery replacement ?

This is a really great scale! I’m not sure how it compares to a DEXA scan, but the important thing is that you can compare your results to see if you are going in the right direction, without focusing so much on the actual number or percentage. Would I love most about it is that it has a chart section that shows your movement. I’ve circled in the picture attached with this review; there are 14 icons that you can tap on at the bottom of the chart. Each of these icons shows your recorded measurements for that category, which is such a good visual for seeing your progress!
