I bought the version with the black case and dark green strap. Straight out of the pouch (no box), the watch didn't work at all, so I changed the battery and it was then fine. Presumably, it had been sitting in stock for a long time. Anyway, it now seems to keep time adequately. Construction-wise, it felt a bit cheap and flimsy, but I guess this is why they can sell it for just £27. In some ways the only thing that separates this watch from an ultra cheap £10 watch is the fact that it has some decent styling. In terms of the leather-topped strap it looked okay, but for me, was way too short. I was wearing it on the last hole, and wouldn't be able to slacken it in warm weather. This seemed an unnecessarily silly choice of the manufacturer, given that, at a cost of about £3, I was able to replace it with a better fitting and nicer looking silicon strap. I'm now happy with how it looks and feels on the wrist. Looking deeper at the mechanics, I would say that the crown operation is a bit poor - not easy to find the exact position for date adjustment, and the hands jump around a little when you press the crown back in. Taking everything into account, my precise score ought to be 3.5 stars, but in view of my positive experiences with Sekonda in the past, I'll be generous and mark it up, rather than down.

Watch is off very cheap quality it stopped working as I opened the packing. Very disappointed with the watch.

Well it came scratched so that makes everything crap. Aside from that, nice watch. Short strap though

Watch arrived on time and neatly packaged. It was a gift for my Dad. It looked great out of the box quite classy looking, and of a good quality. There were no instructions with the packaging, but hey,how hard is it to set the time?After 3 or 4 attempts after closing the winder, nothing was working.I sent an email( But it was a Sunday) asking if it came with or without batteries, as I wanted to keep the watch.I waited until the next working day(Monday) and phoned their given contact number if help or problems arose. I phoned twice but no answer, I phoned a third time, still no answer. So I left a detailed message including my phone number, but not had the courtesy of a phone call 3 days later.I contacted Amazon and got an immediate response ( with a return bar code and a promise of a full refund when the watch arrives back.) So 5 out of 5 for Amazon ,as usual, but nothing for the sellers customer service !! But I still like the watch.

Beautiful watch. The quality of the side buttons could be improved though.
