Our kit was specifically designed for Epson desktop printers as outlined in our instruction pamphlet however the cleaning fluid is compatible with all water-based inject inks. The syringes with the tubes will not work with your Eco Tank printer as you have stated but we do have an alternate method you can try using to clean your print heads.
