The chain has just the right amount of weight to put some increase pressure. Chain is long enough that you can pull on it slightly. My significant other loves them and discreet to wear under a shirt without noticing it to much. My only complaint is the rubber pieces do have a tendency to come off if you pull in the chain too much.

Good clamps...
Clamps work pretty well my only issue was one of them was missing a screw to tighten or loosen how much pressure it puts on your nipple witch is the hole point.

Each set of the clamps came in their own individual baggies. This is my first time buying something for my chest so when I tried them on, they hurt for a few seconds but after a little bit it went away. I really like them and the jingle of the bells is perfect. Recommend:)
