I have received a replacement for the defective item. Now the replaced item works perfectly. And it is brand new unlike my earlier item, which was a used and defective one. Thanks for the replacement and my humble request again to the sellers to be very very careful before packing any item. One wrong mistake shatters the customers confidence. Since I am an old customer of Amazon, so I have already experienced such scenario i.e. receiving defective items many times, but new customers will have very negative impression about the Amazon service.
