48 pack of oily coloured pencils
Very surprised. Nice pencils in a lovely plastic case to contain them in two layers of 24. A good range of colours, smooth running with a reasonable pigmentation for older children. 👌 The case is then enclosed in an attractive coloured slipover cover. Nice gift at a reasonable price.

Lovely rich colouring pencils
Great rich oily pencils. A lot of colours and good quality for the price.

Nice pencils, good value if the leads weren't so broken inside
Lovely pencils to use. Noticed that a lot of the leads were broken inside . Once I needed to sharpen them this was happening with most of them. Wasted half a pencil to get a sturdy point .

Brilliant pencils
I have never been good at art nor do I have a lot of experience using various art supplies, however I'm really impressed with these. I bought them as I'm trying to give up a life long addiction of smoking. I wanted something to focus on, keep me occupied and something to hold in my hand when I'm craving a cigarette. I bought these alongside a colour by numbers book as I don't have much imagination to use various colours and deciding what colours would best go where. These are a delight to colour with. They're smooth and glide easily on paper. Abolustely thrilled with them and the amazing value for money!

72 delightful vibrant, colours, and shades. They glide on the paper. Great value.
I am far from a professional artist, but have always had an interest in art. Over the years, I have used several well known brands and media types, (watercolour pencils, wax based, graphite only, mixes and oil based pencils), and I am just making colour swatches as I write. These pencils glide so beautifully on the paper, it feels heavenly using them. With a huge range of colours, and shades, plus, pencils with metallic tones, for £11.99- these are absolutely exquisite to use and for the price- a bargain or value is an understatement imho. Love them. So far at least...

The pencils come in a plastic box so can be packed away neatly & kept safe. This is my 3rd purchase of these my daughters stole mine so bought myself & my mum a box too Would highly recommend

Okay but I wouldn't buy again
I ordered the "HCSSZ Colouring Pencils For Adults, 72 Pack of Oil Based Coloured Pencils Assorted Colours, Drawing Pencils,Ideal For Beginners,Artists Drawing Art,Pre-sharpened" to be used in my art books.Firstly, I find this product to be excellent value for money; at £13.99 for 72 pencils it roughly works out at 19p per pencil. Personally I find this to be excellent value as you get a wide range of colours to suit your needs and there's plenty of shades that you can certainly blend them together seemlessly. Personally I wouldn't say they're oil pencils, they feel more like standard hard lead pencils.Unfortunately, I've had to knock off 2 stars as a large amount of the pencils I found to be broken all the way through the pencil. When sharpening the point would instantly fall out and it would take a lot of sharpening before I'd get to a point where I can actually use them to colour with. I wasted more than half of the actual pencil just from sharpening. If you were buying these for a child who didn't necessarily mind about having a sharp point when colouring in then these could be good for them but personally I find if you're looking to create detailed, smooth drawings then I'd opt for spending more money on better quality colouring pencils such as Arteza.Overall, I wouldn't order these again for myself and would rather spend more money on higher quality pencils.
