Well worth the money
I was hesitant on spending so much for a Halloween costume for my company’s Halloween event for the employee families. So glad I did! It was the most popular costume with the adults & children alike. After reading the reviews, I decided to brush the entire costume out so I wasn’t shedding on everyone. I was a little worried I might pull out too much hair, but that wasn’t the case. It helped with keeping the shedding down. My only complaint was that it is very hard to see anything while wearing this, so you will definitely want to have a handler with you. If you buy this, you won’t be disappointed.

Almost the Cat's Pajamas
Great looking costume. Based on it's resemblance to Alf this deserves 5 stars. Being a huge fan of the sarcastic little alien I found it to be an absolute blast to wear. My gripes below are the reasons I can't give it the last star.The costume sheds. I had orange hair all over my house and on the clothes I had on underneath after wearing it at our Halloween party. Despite this fact there are no noticeable bare spots anywhere on the costume. I think if I had run a low powered vacuum over the fur or even just shook it out outside before hand it wouldn't have been nearly as bad.Mask is very hard to see out of. It is also quite warm and stuffy. I found myself only wearing the mask for 20 mins at a time or so. To wear it for an extended period of time I'm gonna have to make some adjustments.I ordered the "One Size Fits All". This did not effect my number of stars but I'm 6'0 and 190 lbs with a standard build and I wish I had gotten the X-Large. The legs and crotch area are a little tight when sitting down. My guess is the One Size Fits All would fit someone who's 5' 10" perfectly.Despite the issues I really like this costume and plan on wearing it many more times in the future. The mask is hard to see out of but it's also hard to see into! I certainly agree with the previous reviewer who called the feeling of anonymity you get wearing this costume as "liberating".

Decent
Im 5'9" 200lbs, got the XL. the large would have been too small, so im glad I went XL. I agree with some of the comments that the nose should be rigid. if it were it would look more like ALF. overall its a good costume. cant see out of it worth a sht though

Super fun!
I was hesitant to buy this based on some of the reviews, but we were pleased! This was a hit at our 80's party, and we will definitely use it again for Halloween. I agree that it runs a bit small; my husband is fairly average size, and the XL fit him. A standard would have been too small for sure. The mask is a admittedly a bit hard to see out of.

Fun costume.
The mask was hard to see out of and the gloves were very basic so they fit weird, but overall the costume was GREAT and my husband had one of the best costumes at the party. Everyone else at the party got a good laugh seeing the costume. It does shed a bit, but nothing too bad.

Only cons: The mask, being latex, doesn't keep it's shape when worn, but caves in a bit. It would have been awesome if at least the cheek and snout were plush/rigid. Also, the eyebrows are much smaller/less bushy than those of the actual beloved character. Regardless, I plan on getting as much use as possible out of this costume - such an upgrade from the 1980s all-vinyl version!

I ordered the XL, I’m 5’11” 170lbs average size hands. The gloves don’t fit ( there WAY to small) and the overall length of the body suit is too short. When wearing the suit with the shoe covers you can see my ankles ... like 3” of them. The fur comes off very easily.

Glad I went with X-Large
Costume was everything I expected. Glad I went with X-Large, just barely fits. I would call this a Large. Gloves are very tight, and my hands are not that big.
