I can’t take pills so I rely on gummies and these taste great. I can tell when I need to take my vitamin d because I start to get sluggish this helps my energy level a lot.

These are a wonderful flavor and if you have trouble tolerating higher doses of calcium, these should help you. They are the equivalent of a micro dose, but if you take them daily for a long period, it will actually show up in your blood work.

Tastes great. Helps raise your vitamin D. I’ve tried others and don’t like the texture. These are good.

I love the taste and soft texture of these gummies first and foremost. These are a bit too strong for me though. 5000 iu’s is way beyond the daily recommended dose unless a doctor has instructed you to take more. I even tried once a week and it’s still too much for me. I would love to try this brand and flavor at a much lower dose.

I have vitamin-D deficiency and beginning stages of osteoporosis in my 40s. I have to take Vit D3 5000 IU's on a daily basis and most likely the rest of my life due to various health issues. These are great tasting unlike some vitamins and I have issues swallowing pills so I need chewables or sublingual, if not an injection. If you're vitamin deficient, try these.
