At 20g/day (a pretty big dose), there are 50 servings in a 1kg bag. Given the current cost of about $26 per bag, that's a little over $0.50 per day, which for most people is not a tremendous amount to spend. Or you can take a little less and stretch it out even further. At this price, you can afford to experiment, though I haven't seen any protocols recommending more than 20g/day and I personally wouldn't go higher.I mix some in protein shakes and some in my morning coffee. This way I spread my intake throughout the day. I do this mostly to prevent stomach upset (I'm not prone to it when taking creatine but why tempt fate) and so that I get 2-3 smaller doses instead of one large one. There is some grittiness when taking it with coffee, but not much, and I can't taste it at all which is good. I like coffee WAY too much to ruin it with something that tastes disgusting, no matter how good it is for me.You can easily spend more money on creatine, and there may be something to be said for the CreaPure creatine powders that are more highly refined and purified. The cost is 2-4X higher, however, so someone is going to have to convince me that it's worth the additional price. This stuff works, has good reviews, and doesn't cost a lot.
