The trick is you need to have good sturdy tripod and your skills in manual focusing. Even small wind is making the camera, shakes violently. So I used Helicon Remote app for android that connects with my Canon 550D(T2 Rebal) camera to take non shaky pictures.Attached pictures are some I have taken with my camera(slightly adjusted brightness and contrast levels with editing app) in Hyderabad, India. Tracking and focusing moon has taken 30 mins of my time and due to earth rotation with in a minute the moon is going out of frame. May be I need EQ mount Tripod to take other celestial bodies(never tried, but will do).Overall performance of the lens is good and happy with the purchase. I used it along with Vivitar 2x converter which also I brought it from Amazon.

A manual lens that's a little tricky to use but once you get used to it works wonders definitely recommend you try.

Es un lente 100% análogo y que cumple con la descripción, muy satisfecho con el lente ya que cumple con la calidad de imagen

La calificacion en si seria de unas 3.5 estrellas pero me llego golpeado y abollado el lente, a alguien se le cayo en el proceso del manejo del lente, el lente en si es facil de usar y no se si tenga una mejor calidad de imagen si no fuera porque viene golpeado.

My husband bought me this lens for Christmas. I am truly blown away by the quality! I have ordered other brands before that were around the same price point but all the pictures came out highly distorted and almost had a prism like effect no matter how I focused them or put my settings. It was always a disaster. This lens gives me sharper images and does amazing at night for my moon pictures. I wish I took pictures showing how far things actually were to show the true quality this thing gives out!! These pictures were all taken with no tripod also! Can’t wait to see how they turn out with mine! Definitely worth the buy.
