Well made, very functional. I added a grate allowing me to smoke on two levels, utilising the full area of the grates. Or hang racks of ribs and cook on a grate at the same time. The door is of much better quality and function than a Weber Smoky Mountain, seals and latches well. The temp probe ports work and seal well. All in all I'm very pleased with the Smoking Chamber for a small fraction of the cost of adding a WSM to my decking.

Fantastic addition to a Weber 57cm kettle. Superb fit and quality finish. I fitted some hi temp sealing gasket on the kettle lid and chamber to minimise smoke leakage and make for better stability.

I am using it with the OnlyFire heat deflector. What a combo! Perfectly steady temps for hours and hours (275f) Huge door. Much better than a WSM and a lot cheaper to add this if you are already have a kettle. Buy it then give OnlyFire a little extra as a tip as it is worth more than they are selling it for. OnlyFire need to employ me as I would sell them a million of these things.

Amazing!!! Love every bit of it and highly recommended for your beloved Weber 22 Kettle. Improve it with a good smoke gasket tape and it will be an ultimate smoke-machine.

I was surprised by how thick the stainless is. Haven’t measured but looks like 1mm. Doesn’t flex at all. Seems very well made except for the chromed handle and nuts. Like others have said this will be outside and the heat will cause those to rust. You will need gaskets. It leaks around the top and bottom a lot which made it difficult to maintain temp. Even with all vents closed it was 300f. You’ll see in one picture it does bleed. If using on a deck you might want a mat to place it on.

Turns your weber into a fantastic smoker. Easy setup. Well built. Very versatile with option to use extra grills and hangers. Recommend!

For years I wanted to made roast Chinese style, at last this works! This is my fist attempt at Char Siu with this. Came out perfect!

Super Erweiterung, passt auch bei Outdoochef Grills. Hochwertig verarbeitet und ausreichende Materialstärke (Edelstahl). Preis/Leistung stimmt absolut. Optimierungsvorschlag: Die Öffnung der Tür dürfte etwas breiter sein (ca. 1 cm), dann würden auch GN Schalen direkt durchpassen.

I owned way to many BBQs. I wanted to downscale but not lose the Weber Smokey Mountain. Untill I saw this! Together with the OnlyFire ceramic insert, it transforms the kettle into a beast. Super stable. Nice and spacious. You can put the grill on many levels (or have multiple grills in there!). If you own a rotisserie, you can also put it under or on top of it. Ribs and 3 chickens on a rotisserie? Not an issue. Multi level smoking. Easy! The door is solid and well isolated. Much better than standard Smokey Mountain doors. Do it!

Una buena opción para aumentar la capacidad de la Weber. Realizado en acero de calidad. Tiene tres estantes interiores, para poner tres parrillas o una o dos, a diferentes alturas. Muy bien
