Does this work stick to fiber glass?

ANY adhesive tapes etc stick better to a non porous surface. If the surface is to porous, use a glue or spray on adhesive with build up...Self explanatory.

Is it hopeless to remove? I want to use it to illuminate my deck stairs for my old dog, but when she’s gone, I want to remove it.

It doesn't stick at all, I too have a vision impaired dog. I had to use scotch tape to hold it on.

How do i get a replacement roll, i ordered the 2" x 30' red, but it faded to white in 2 month here in texas?

I bought a white reflector & I applied it on the back of my car; so far so good! For replacement, I guess you have to contact the Amazon supplier where you got it.
