I never tried/trusted multivitamin gummies because of their reputation for being inaccurate on dosages, but since I take Nordic Naturals cod liver oil and they are a reputable/quality company, decided to try their gummies. They don't necessarily make me feel different, but I trust that their formulation is complimenting my diet. Also, they are a bit too sweet, but it's only 3 grams of sugar. Doctors seem to agree sugar in tiny amounts is not harmful, and if not eating any other added sugar in your diet these are ok by my book. As for reviews saying they smelled/tasted rancid, I did not get that at all from these gummies. Just a bit of a vitamin smell, but very bearable. I would recommend!!

It’s hard to find any vegetarian or vegan gummy vitamins. These one taste great and I like the energy they give.

I switched from one a day to Mary Ruth’s to this. One a day made me get an upset stomach with or without food so I had to switch. I did Mary Ruth’s and I did not feel ill and they taste great. The cost just kept climbing for the vitamins so I tried these since my dog is also on an omega with them and it works well. If the taste was different and not so gritty with these I think I’d enjoy them more. They texture is just off and the taste is okay. Next time I’ll try to pill form bc I can’t get over this texture.

Love this brand and really wanted to like these. Regular multi vitamins are usually not comfortable to swallow.I did not like these at all. I have a huge sweet tooth and these were way too sweet for me which is crazy. It just tastes like flavored sugar. But not natural sugar. Hard to explain. I had to wash these down with water to get the taste out of my mouth.

Makes me feel better. Highly recommend.

This pill is a little too large for me to swallow so I have changed to the gummie version. But, I do think that this pill is of an excellent qualtotherwise.
