In my defence the machine was trying to tell me the door wasnt shut when it bloody was! So I _may_ have slammed it and broke the lock... possibly I was making a lot of sharp intake of breath npises looking at the cost of a new washing machine so this was a welcome option to find that fit perfectly. Good solid quality (has lasted well with my temper) and good value for money. A little fiddly to install but that might just be my ADHD and the washer itself. The lock itself is great and fit perfect, the issue is getting the seal of the drum back on the machine but you can't fault this product for that.
