Watt 1.0 SPD-SL Clipless Road and Spin Bike Pedals – Includes Cleats

The pedals were inexpensive but functional. I ride about 40 miles a day 5 days a week and they seem to be working well so far. I have used them for about 5 weeks.

So these peddles and clips work like every other set I have had.I will say the peddles are fine. No complaintsThe clips for your shoes however are not awesome.You can tighten the peddle clip, but even after doing that a lot, I can still slip out of the peddle quite easily.I tried another compatible shoe clip with the peddle and no slip, so I’ve narrowed the problem down.Just a bummer because I wanted to use one pair of shoes with my road bike and one with my indoor bike.

Bearings inside is not so smooth. So difficult to clip on the shoe. Still can use it. I'm not sure yet if its durable. Looks like it will though

So I don't like the SPD (smaller) clip-ons but always too expensive to buy the SPD-SL for home. These were not only incredibly well priced (and included the cleats!) but they work amazingly well. They were easy to put on and while easy to clip in and out, also feel very stable when I'm doing a standing jog. Love them! Sorry I didn't buy them sooner!

These are my first spd pedal. They were easy to adjust, great to ride with, and a great value. Not wanting to spend a lot of money for someone just getting into a road bike, these were the perfect choice

Seem to work as well as more expensive pedals. Very satisfied

Great for indoor stationary bike. Allows me to use my road bike shoes.

They were very shoe cleat specific and did not work well with different brand names.
