Great purchase – works like new
I bought the 2022 iPad Air Renewed and honestly, I couldn’t be happier. I was a bit hesitant since it’s refurbished, but it arrived in excellent condition — no scratches, dents, or issues. The battery life is great, performance is smooth, and it feels just like a brand-new device. I use it daily for work, light editing, and entertainment, and it hasn’t let me down. Definitely a smart buy if you want to save money without compromising on quality. Highly recommended!

Worth it!
I'm so happy with this purchase! The description said it was in excellent condition but to be honest it looked brand new. I only found a small scratch on the back, and even then, I only noticed it when I shined a flashlight on it. It's a lot less purple than I thought it would be though, so if you're wanting a beautiful purple color... uh, it's not going to meet your expectations there.I've never had an Apple product before, but this is such a gorgeous tablet. The screen is so beautiful, the resolution of the screen is very ideal for note taking or drawing and you can customize to your liking. If I had more money, I definitely would have invested in one with bigger storage to use it more casually. My needs are strictly for notes so I was fine to trade off storage for better bang for my buck. If you're worried about running out of space, just invest in an external drive.Unfortunately, it does not come with a screen protector. I'm slightly disappointed about that, but at least I can choose what kind of screen protector I want. It doesn't come with an Apple pencil, but the description had no mention of a stylus so definitely don't expect one. It did come with a charger though, so make sure you charge your tablet first before using it. The tablet runs very smoothly, although I haven't used it too much just yet. I imagine it'll keep running smooth like butter though.I'm very satisfied with the purchase. Hopefully you will too.

A great machine
Great iPad. I'm an Android guy, Mac OS computer user so this is my first foray into iPad OS.Great screen, really fast processor, the fingerprint reader to unlock it and auto-fill passwords works perfectly. User experience is great. M1 processor which means that it runs all of the apps and has the OS app features that the pro models that cost multiples more do and have. You can run Final Cut Pro on it for example, you can't with the Air 4.0 or any of the regular iPads. Unless you somehow feel that you have a specific need for a Pro model, save your money and get this one. This refurb machine had fairly light use, it showed 91 battery charge/ discharge cycles, so what, maybe a year or less of average use before it got traded in? Lots of life left in it and Apple charges a little over $100 to replace the battery when it dies which is a lot cheaper than getting a whole new machine. Visually it was in perfect, like new condition, not a single scratch or mark on it. Seller shipped it very quickly.Unfortunately a brick and mortar chain put them on sale new for the same price I had paid for a refurb so I could not justify keeping it. I returned it and got the new one for the same price. New ones come with 90 day trials of all of the Apple apps (Music, TV+, Arcade etc) and Apple care, refurb machines do not. The seller dragged their feet with the refund, making excuses that spanned weeks, so I had to have Amazon customer service intervene which they did, because they rock.

Working as intended and expected
I bought this iPad for my mother, and it works well. There are no major complaints about its functionality. It’s a good quality product, and it’s exactly what I expected it to do.

Good value for money
Overall performance is comparable to a new iPad, processor is excellent, but took one star off because the battery is not as nearly as good as a new iPad. I used it for notetaking and the battery will die within 5 hours. But it is pretty scratch resistant and overall good value for the money if you are not intending to use it without charging for a long time

1 Star – Very misleading “renewed” listing – both units had major issues
I ordered two iPads (5th generation) from this listing, and both experiences were disappointing and far from the “renewed - excellent condition” promise. The first iPad arrived in a generic, poorly padded box with minimal bubble wrap. It came with third-party charging accessories, not an original Apple charger or block. The device had a visible dent, and the charging port was dusty and barely functional. I tried charging it with an original Apple charger-nothing. The included third-party charger worked, but only barely. It was clear this iPad had seen heavy use and was not properly refurbished.Hoping the first was a fluke, I ordered a second iPad from the same listing. It came in identical packaging with the same generic charger. This time, there was no major dent, but the screen had a scratched-up screen protector, and once I peeled it off, the actual screen was heavily scratched underneath. Both iPads were clearly used, poorly cleaned, and misrepresented. At this price point ($400+), I expected quality refurbishment and at least original Apple accessories. These were nowhere near “excellent condition.”Returning both. Buyers beware-this listing is not what it claims to be

Buying brand new ain’t worth the price! Adopt an iPad!
Shipped and arrived quickly. Only a small imperfection near the thumb reader but everything else was flawless. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Price was decent for a used item. The deciding factor was storage space for the price versus brand new, less space, and price. Battery life:For being used, battery holds charge well. I use max brightness and lasts me more than 11 hours of casual use, like watching videos, note taking, email etc.Tablet quality:made well. I mean it’s Apple. So long you’re in the Apple ecosystem it’s just works well.Screen quality:got the M1 version because of the added processing power of I need it in the future. And better screen quality versus the A series chips screens.
