No. It's 3M adhesive. Automakers use it for various applications like body molding. It will not damage the paint. Used it for decades and love the stuff. Have these flags on my truck.

Q: Do they come facing both directions? I want one pn both sides of a vehicle but want the stars facing forward on both sides. Thanks
