Does not have 1500wh like it says it does and makes my microwave timer run at 3x speed.
I purched this item to go to the races in my trailer for 5 days. I was super excited that it came on time and in perfect shape or so I thought. I pulled it out of the box and charged it up on wall power as the instructions stated. I ran a toaster oven for 20 mins at 1300w and it says I used 50% of the charge. I hooked up the 2 200w solar panels to check charge time and it was charging at 240w from the 2 200w solar panels and gaining about 10% per 30mins. I was impressed with how fast it was charging. I put it into my trailer and headed out to the races for 5 days. I set my solar panels on the roof of my slide-out and I was extremely happy with the setup. I ran a 27inch TV at 60w over night and when I woke up the display said I had 33% life left. I started a coffee (pod style) running at 1300w and everything shut off and the display said 0%. The coffee maker didn't even brew a single cup. I fired up my propane generator and started my coffee and charging the allpowers generator. I enjoyed my coffee and at the 1hour mark of charging I notice it saying 100% charged. I had just looked at it 5 mins before and it said 58%. So the same thing the next morning, tv ran from 9pm till 5am and the display said 44% left (better than the night before) so I started a coffee and the thing shut off again and said 0%. So back to the generator to charge it up. That night I used the microwave and the timer was running at 3x the normal speed. I was super disappointed with this unit and its issues. Oh I almost forgot the beeping and error code E08 if you leave the solar panels plugged in and they started getting a small amount of light in the morning and the solar wires plug in directly used the 30amp plug (super bad design) so its your choice to solor charge or use the 30amp plug. I've had so many problems in such a short amount of time I just want a refund on both the solar generator and panels so I can purchase a unit from a different manufacturer. Too be continued..... Update, they refunded my purchase price so I will give them a 5 star rating for customer service

Great battery, charges fast, but no, it can't handle 4000 watts
Mostly a great product but one thing was frustrating. I bought this specifically because I needed a battery that could handle a surge of about 3200 watts for a boat heater/ac unit. This one advertises up to 4000w so it should have been fine. But it can't do it. I tried two different ways. I tried running it through two of the 110v outlets (because it manual says each can handle up to 2000w before it will shut down, so 2x 2000 = 4000watts), but no dice. I also tried running it through the 30amp RV plug in the front (STW TT-30P), and the standard cord can handle up to 3750w. Couldn't do that either. In both cases, the unit shut itself down. Other than that, the highest wattage item I tested it with was a 1500w space heater, and it did run that successfully. I was tempted to return it, but I kept it anyway. Why? Because so many other features were so outstanding. It has a phone app you can use with bluetooth to monitor its usage and remaining charge, which is amazing. It charges so fast, it's unreal. Like in 1.5 hours, just as they advertise (sucks up so much power recharging that it tripped my house circuit breaker if I had anything else plugged in!). It will run my gaming laptop, which is a super power hog, for about 8 hours. It will run my normal laptop seemingly indefinitely - so long that I honestly can't even keep track. It is a little heavy, but the base is wide so it sits steady without tipping over, and it does have good handles you can hold on to when you pick it up. It also comes with a nice cover, and several adapters for charging with solar panels or charging from a 12v system, which is very useful. EDIT: After seven months of using this, it still works, but it fails and shuts down when it gets down to about 40%. So either the display is inaccurate or I'm only getting 60% of it's capacity (I think it's the latter). Either way, it's frustrating.

Faulty units, Bad Quality, False Advertising, Buyer Beware!
Immediately charge and discharge the power station to ensure you are getting the full capacity you expect. I purchased three S2000 Pros. Two from Amazon and another from another retailer. You may have to pay for return shipping for the Amazon S2000 Pros for a defective power station. The shipping cost can be expensive. The seller sent me a FedEx return shipping label for one S2000 Pro and told me to keep the other. I dropped the third S2000 Pro off at the other retailer location and they shipped it back. The Good: Customer service was quick with the correspondence, returns, and refunds. The box and packaging provide excellent protection during shipping or storage. The specs are what I needed to power my RV for short periods when I can’t or don’t want to use the generator. The Bad: The Wake button did not work on all three power stations. The first unit smelled like burnt electronics when powered on and blew my circuit breaker when plugged in to charge. The second unit only had approximately 595Wh capacity after multiple charge and discharge cycles. The third unit only had approximately 826Wh capacity and there was a part loose on the inside that rattled. The S2000 Pro would go from above 50% capacity to 0% instantly. The 30A RV plug blocks the solar input so that you cannot use both simultaneously. I purchased a 30A to 50A adapter to get past this problem. The display is blocked because the AC outlet plugs are above the display and the power cords get in the way of the display. Bluetooth doesn’t stay on. You must press the DC button and then long press the DC button again to turn on Bluetooth. You must reconnect the power station to the app every time. The app had basic functions and that is better than not having an app at all. The fans were loud even when using low-wattage devices. The power station is sold as an S2000 Pro but the box and User Guide states Monster X Pro. I would not buy another S2000 Pro because of numerous quality problems. Three malfunctioning units is not decent quality control.

Small but powerful
Had issues with my first unit. Seller exchanged it promptly. The replacement is kind of amazing, runs everything in our camper van. Fits perfectly in the small trunk of our van. This one even runs the small microwave, a problem with the first one. The fan is a bit loud but not intruding or bothersome. For the price point and portability top notch, and the customer service is responsive and quick. Something I appreciate these days. I'm very sad to say the second unit is failing. Ups function fails, the wattage starts turning on and off at 1500 draw, sometimes. The second one seemed better at first. Guess im left to return again. Now the company stopped redponding

Not impressed
Worked fairly well for 2 1/2 years. There were issues from the very beginning, but I was able to work around them. I would NOT purchase this brand again.

Pricey but well worth it! Compact yet mighty!
I love this item. It packs so much power into such a small and compact unit. It's incredibly quiet and surprisingly powerful. It powers almost all of our household equipment including our deep freezer with no problem. It recharges super fast through the AC outlet and relatively fast through the solar panel. I appreciate that I don't have to smell the gasoline of traditional generators and can use it indoors. It's lightweight and very portable. It's a great backup power for short disruptions. The whole thing arrived very quickly and it was extremely well packed. I really appreciate this item and can't wait to use it in the summer while camping too! Pricey but well worth the splurge.

It will not provide power to your high powered appliances if plugged into the grid.
If you could charge while using the battery all would have been well. In this case, if you want to run 1800w from the generator while charging when plugged into the grid/power, it will not use the power from the generator. Instead it will use the power from the wired circuit or plug/grid. This is more of a direct through ups. It powered my heat press but it would not power it while it was being charged. The battery would redirect the power to the plug/grid vs using the battery. I am sad that we have to return it and returning it is not easy. You have to wait for the seller to reply. Customer service is good. They answered all my questions. If they fix that I'll consider a 5 star but it is sad that it does not draw power from the battery while connected to the grid. It may sound funny but I would like to charge while using it. Its like getting a small boost to extend the life along with charging it when the wattage use drops. I wonder how it works while using solar panels. I think it will act the same. App does not stay connected as the Bluetooth inside the battery needs to be turned on. Meaning, if the generator Bluetooth turns off after a short while, you have to go turn it back on for it to work. That kind of defeats the purpose of wireless. The generator Bluetooth will not stay on. I researched so much and this is still one of the best ones for the price and wattage but the fact that I cannot operate my appliances like my heat press from the battey while plugged into the grid for charging is a huge problem. It should say direct through or bypass ups not just ups. I started with a 2 star but it did power my heat press which is amazing and the customer service was very knowledgeable. Much appreciated!! I was sold but why....why does it not allow me to run my appliances while charging. I'm sure 15amps and below will work but what about my high powered appliances? The battery will turn off and on sending power fluctuations to the appliances. I am extremely sad. The unit is good but to me that's a huge flaw. Back to research 😪. Yay!! ‐--------------------------------------------- Update ---------------------------------------------- Well.... this one will stay with me. I did not return it. If you want to UPS a high powered appliance, up grade your circuit and breaker to support it.

A powerhouse
This is an excellent piece of kit. It's energy dense and charges quickly via AC (no brick required) as well as solar. It has enough power to run any 110V appliance in your house. I've tested it with a large toaster oven and wall unit air conditioner. There are lots of connection options: 110 volt AC, 12 volt auxiliary, as well as USB. USB includes type C: it will charge most laptops and all type C phones with just a cable. I'm very happy with the AllPower and highly recommend it. Finally, I had an issue with the unit and contacted technical support. They responded quickly and were most helpful: issue resolved.
