Excellently constructed, healthy foot supports for feet, ankles, knees, hips and back.
These have given me my feet, knees and ankles back. They are just perfect for high heels but also can be work in sneakers. This has helped my over-pronation in both my feet and knees. Walking long distances is great because my back and feet don't hurt anymore. If you want to put a padding over them buy an gel-type insert and cut them to the area length of the foot supports; it will feel like you are walking on clouds and your back all the way down to your ankles will not hurt with these foot supports and will thank you for getting them. This truly is exactly like The Good Feet Orthotic foot insoles. This company is great with sending the product fast too! This is the 3rd set I have bought for myself and friends and I am totally happy I did spend the money each time I put them into my shoes in the morning! I will buy these in multiples with the ending goal to have one set setting in each shoe. I will buy these for the rest of my life. They are that excellent!

Amazingly helpful!
These orthotics are a game changer. I had been wearing full length orthotics which required me to buy larger shoes, and were difficult to use wearing attractive shoes. These orthotics allowed me to wear my normal shoes, and walk long distances comfortably.

Overpriced But Worth It For Me
I was really turned off by the advertising for this product. The people look questionable and they actually have stores selling only this product? I almost didn't buy the inserts because of that. Now I have the inserts in all of my shoes. I have high weak arches, have overpronated all of my life and regulary suffered from foot cramps and hip pain. I no longer have any of those issues! The only other questionable aspect to the price of this product is that the foot size selection chart leads one to believe that you are purchasing an insert that has been specifically crafted for your individual shoe size. Instead, all of my inserts are simply marked with a number "2" instead of my size 7 Narrow shoe size. With that said, these are the only inserts I have ever found that are supportive for my high arches, correct my overpronation and are thin enough to fit under an additional comfort orthotic or cushioning insert. I do not wear high heeled fashion shoes but I am so glad these particular inserts are made for such shoes because they fit perfectly in my size 7 narrow regular shoes. I am very happy with my purchases and believe the inserts will probably outlast me.

Glad I got them! They works wonders!
I had a foot test on a cruise that showed that I don't put proper pressure on my feet: I put all my weight only on the left heal instead of 4 points of my both feet (8 points total) Therefore after a long day I kept getting left shoulder and left knee pains. Inserts for around $400 were recommended to me on the cruise... once I got back home I found out this inserts by the same maker that are much cheaper... the first 3 days of me wearing them were really hard, my back was hurting a lot. However after about five 12 hours working days, my back, my shoulder and my knees didn't hurt at all! I believe these inserts are wonderful if you give your spine some time to adjust. I would recommend them to a friend!

FiINALLY- A narrow, women-specific fit...Thanks!!
I'm back ordering my second two pairs. I have had plantar fascitis in the past and I have long, narrow feet women's size 10.5 or 11 AA) I have tried dozens of insoles, both 3/4 and full length, to help with heel pain AND to take up some of the extra volume in shoes that are not narrow enough. I have been extremely frustrated by the lack of women-specific insoles. Most are actually unisex and list both a woman's and man's size. If an insole is capable of accommodating an man's D-width foot, there is no way it will properly fit a woman's B- (medium) width, let alone AA! These are narrow enough to fit in my AA width shoes, and I can also put them in my athletic (tennis and running) shoes under the removable insoles for extra support. These are the only orthotics that fit me.

Wonderful!!!
Great product - helped with high arches for 27k steps at Disney three days in a row . Works for daily use too. Great price especially compared to the Good Feet ones I got on cruise 4 years ago.

Not quite what I was looking for
I liked the fact that there was a high heel version of arch support, but these really don't work if you actually need support and have hight arches to begin with.

Wow, They Work!
I bought this product because I was having issues with my right foot going numb and had to have many medical tests to find out why. I had foot surgeries 4 years ago to correct my bunions, and now my shoe size is different and I am wearing between a 7.5 and 8, where before I was in 8.5 - 9. A massage therapist friend suggested arch supports, which I had, but now are making my shoes too tight to function properly. When I used the thicker and longer supports, I would walk flat footed, would get backaches, but without, my feet would be swimming in the shoes, causing more issues. I sought these out because I got a pair of short boots that were tight with the supports, but too loose without. These fit the boot and gave me toe room to move my foot properly. I went a full 3 days with minimum numbing! I count that as a win! Now I use them in all of my shoes. My only comment about improving these is how cold they are against the arch of my foot (because it’s winter). I tried warming them with hot water, and it was temporary. I ended up covering them with some performance tape (used by chiropractors and physical therapist) and it was thin enough to keep the fit correct but thick enough to be a layer between the plastic and myself!
