A perfect knee length skirt when worn high waisted.
The fabric is sturdy, the flair very fallterring on all body types, the pattern and design very classy chique. The only ever so slight down side is that stitch on the hem could have been better. But I am going to ask my local tailor to run over with another stich on top of the existing one to make it secure.
