Looks great, works great. Took a chance with some bad reviews because I liked the design. Looks very well built.Paired it with the Greenway water filter.I like the on-demand hot water. Some reviewers did not. It only takes a few min. to boil. Very hot! The blue LED lighting in the dispensing area is kinda cool too.I'll give it 6 months and update my review.-->> ***Update at 6 month ownership***Have owned for 6 months now. Still give it 5 stars. Only problem I've had... Once time I hit the hot water button and nothing happened. Just unplugged the cooler and plugged it back in. Worked fine after that.It's still cooling great and is very quiet. Actually quieter than when new. Hot water is still boiling hot. No leaks, no nothing!Will update at one year or if I have an issue earlier than that. Again, very happy with this purchase.-->> Update at 18 month ownership***Owned for about year and a half now. Working great. I clean with 50% vinegar - 50% water solution every 6-8 weeks to sanitize, I never use bleach.Hot water still hot. Cold still cold. So far so good using with my zero water filtration system cold and hot not the best , but very happy with the quality of the unit

Enjoying the dispenser. Hot water is very hot. Cold water could be colder, but cold enough for me. Very updated look & design. Happy with purchase.

Love it Looks great no problems water is nice and cold. It's a bit loud when you put the water to heat not a big deal! I love the child safety on the hot water. Wish it was an option for the cold water, my baby likes to water the carpet! 😉

Water is ok to load and is hot or cold. It does take time to switch to hot and the buttons to do so are tricky. Overall it is an ok machine.

I purchased this for our office on March 18, 2014 to reduce the use of plastic water bottles. Everyone liked the appearance and convenience of this water dispenser, but trying not to spill when installing a new water bottle is nearly impossible. Basically, get used to the fact you’re going to be taking a shower every time you install a new water bottle. A few months later, I started noticing a leak where the bottle sits in the water dispenser. Soon enough, every time the water jug drops below “completely full,” there is a leak. We have moved the dispenser so it was on a flat surface, we have put a weight on top of the jug to weigh it down; we now have a permanent pile of paper towels to collect the consistent leaking problem. To summarize, this dispenser is fantastic if you want water on your floor.

Quiet and works great. Water is nice and cold and hot is hot. Hot side has a safety feature so kids can’t get burned. I should have looked for a cooler with a safety feature for the cold. Baby can pull down lever and spills water. Easy to clean inside

Buy this along with the refillable water tank with zero water filters. You will get great tasting water and save money and help reduce plastic waste!

Unit sat unused for months. Finally decided to plug it in and fill the tank with water. I go away for the day and the tank is nearly empty and there is a puddle on my floor. The spout which dispenses the cold water is leaking. What a disappointment. Two days of use and it's already useless.Don't waste your money!

Purchased this in September 2019. It leaked a few times and then completely failed in April of this year. Unfortunately the refund and repair window for this item closed on Oct 6, 2019, one month after we purchased it.Product support window closed on Dec 5, 2019, three months after we purchased it. That information is buried and not available until after you've placed your order (in the drop down menu under order history.) I finally received a "one time exception" to return the item after 2 months of waiting and multiple emails. Don't buy this item from Amazon. Save yourself the hassle and purchase from a store front retailer who will offer you a one year warranty / return policy. I'm going to have to ship this 15.5 kg item back to Amazon before I'll receive a refund. What a waste of time, effort and money.
