I'm a big fan of cold/ice lattes and this one is my favourite so far. Its very creamy and so easy to make.

Actually does what it says on the box.
Very refreshing when it's hot and a decent instant pick-me-up with hot or cold water, and will actually mix up with cold water like you'd want. It's a mellow middle-of-the-road instant vanilla coffee. Not tooth-achingly sweet, not bitter. Artificial vanilla but not cloyingly so. If you want coffee and can't get hot water, this is actually a decent choice.
