NANO Paste, Medium (70%) Silver Solder Paste w/Dispensing Syringe, 1/4 ozt

This solder and flux mix worked very well with soldering in difficult areas. The mix was very easy to use. I like to use a small spatula to apply solder where needed rather than the applicator. Does not dry out quickly like others I have used.

This product works great as long as you heat it to the proper temp, but it must contain a lot of zinc.I was soldering outdoors, and after ten minutes I became incredibly ill. A well ventilated area is not enough.I went from feeling absolutely fine to feeling like I had the worst stomach flu I’ve ever ever had in my life within 10 minutes. I began vomiting without control, and could hardly get a breath in between.Then, all night long I had the chills and shivers due to low blood pressure from zinc poisoning.I called poison control and they said I would be fine but that I had gotten an acute zinc poisoning and that it would wear off in around 12 hours.When I woke up in the morning, I hardly felt like anything had happened at all, so I am almost certain that it was zinc poisoning.If you use this product, please use a respirator!!!!It works great, but it is toxic.

Applied just a dab on a repair that I would normally solder and it hardens as soon as you apply heat, never flows out at all no matter how long you heat it. The stuff just flakes off after words and is hard but brittle and doesn't actually bond to anything. Forget about reading the tube, I think you would have a hard time even with a magnifying glass. I thought this would be a better product being more money than the others and having three hardness levels but nope, a nano disappointment in a nano second.

This was my first time using it I use hard solder wire for jewelry so it took me awhile to figure out how to use it so buy two if you are new lol

I bought this for soldering jewelry pieces. It was ok but not much in a tube. it's way more expensive then regular silver solder and can dry up. I use it only for pieces that would be hard to solder the normal way.
