This 24-Hour Programmable Timer Plug Socket has been a really useful addition to my home. It’s compact, easy to set up, and does exactly what it’s supposed to. The programming interface is straightforward—even for someone who doesn’t love manuals—and I had it set up in minutes to switch my lights and appliances on/off automatically every day. I use it for a lamp at the moment and am very happy.

The first thing to know is the time display is so small and faint you will need good eyesight to pick individual numbers out against the black line. Once set up, it works well but has an audible sound in the background. If you wish to turn it on to override the position of the dial it works well, the downside is you cannot override to turn it off sooner. For the price paid, it represents good value for money and I should not be disappointed.
