A corner of the filter were squashed.
Was looking for a replacement Aellergy Pro AP450.It fits the air-purifier correctly, the only issue I found was that when I open the box, a corner of the filter box was squashed so was the filter itself.

wrong product sent
I have not heard back from you regarding the wrong Hepa Filter sent to me. You were going to look into the matter after I had sent you a picture of the shipping label and a picture of the filter. it was supposed to have at least one or two sides where the filter is fan like (pleated). The other was pleated on one side and sewed down on the other side. I was sent from you a product that both sides were sewn down. The original filter i had was pleated so that you could vacuum both sides. Any news yet on your research?
