Fantastic first impression
After researching i decided to go with this. Vendor contacted for the customisation. Just superb customer service, very professional, friendly, patient and it was thoroughly enjoyable. Product looked sterdy and good quality. However Amazon takes far too long to deliver it. Which is very disappointing.Only thing left is durability test. Only time will answer that .Kudos to Pally pets.,👌👍

Great quality materials used
It's a study collar and the tag is customisable. Plus point is that the back of the collar is padded. So doesn't cause any irritability to the skin. Got a free sleeping pad free on the order, which also seems to be of good quality. Also the packaging came in a thick plastic bag which can be used later for storage. Great product overall!

Good but little small
Little tight for my pitweiler and the pad dosent cover all his neck. They gave a customised collar tag
