Vitruvi Rest Kit Blend Essential Oil

This set of four essential oils from the Vitruvi brand features unique scents that are smoky, spicy, woodsy, and warm. The high-quality oils come in dark bottles with integrated droppers and are made in the USA with no mineral oils, phthalates, or sulfates. They are also 100% cruelty-free.Although the quality is good, the price is high at more than $50 for the four 5-milliliter bottles. The set would make a nice gift and is great for creating a spa-like atmosphere. Despite the price, I enjoyed all of the scents. A couple of the oils seemed more viscous than the other two. As mentioned they are expensive compared to similar blends from other brands. Still, if you can swing it - I saw go for it. They are a joy to have.

Wow, what unique scents! I don't know if I would consider them to be relaxing or sleep-inducing, but they are certainly very pleasant. Kind of smoky or spicy, woodsy and warm, and very calming. I like them a lot, and they're a nice change from the more typical florals you often find in essential oils sets like this. I wasn't familiar with this brand, Vitruvi, before trying this set, but they seem to produce good quality essential oils and blends. These come in dark bottles to preserve the integrity of the oils inside, and each has an integrated dropper. These are clean products with no mineral oils, phthalates or sulfates, and they're all made in the USA. Best of all, they are reliably 100% cruelty-free! The quality is great, but the price seems pretty high to me. It's currently more than $50 for these four 5-milliliter bottles. If the price isn't prohibitive for you and you love warm earthy scents, you'll probably love this collection. Oh, a nice bonus is that they come elegantly packaged and would make a wonderful gift set!

This is an interesting set of essential oil blends, purported to inspire restfulness.In truth, one might say the same of any nice-smelling essential oils; they certainly won't keep you awake!Because these are blends, I have a hard time telling them apart. If you were to put some drops of one of these mixtures in my ultrasonic diffuser and ask me to identify it, I would be unable.Other reviewers have listed the components in each blend here, but I will try to give you a subjective impression of each selection:1) SLEEP -- kind of a spicy, bitter blend, probably not my favorite. A scent like eucalyptus dominates.2) RETREAT -- citrus blend, possibly with some lemon. I like this one.3) GROVE -- floral (or arboreal?), maybe with pine notes. Thumbs up.4) DUSK -- a bit like cologne, perhaps a little sweet. Enh...So I definitely like two of these four, and I'm okay with but not crazy about the other two.Then there's the price of this set -- currently $54. Of course, I knew these would be pricey when I saw the dread word "curated" in the product copy!Given that not all purchasers will like all four blends, I think this set would sell better for under $40.But if you have a full collection of standard, dedicated scents like lavender, eucalyptus, and the like, you still might want to try this set. There are a couple scents in this kit that I like, and others that I don’t. I’ve learned that I’m not a huge fan of pre-mixed essential oil blends and prefer to mix my own. With that said, smell is subjective and others may love the ones that I did not like. The set is nice and would make a great gift.My drawback is the price. They do state to be high quality and pure, but I’ve been able to find more affordable, high quality sets for less than this price. Overall, not a bad set just not something that I would likely order again.

When I opened some of the bottles in this collection, I marveled at the stress-relieving, calming aromas. I have lots of common scents like lavender, rosemary, eucalyptus, and peppermint so these blends are quite welcome additions to my collection. Before I opened any of the bottles, I shook them to make sure I got the full benefit of each aromatherapy blend. They were well-sealed so I couldn’t smell them before opening.I’ve been trying to collect a selection of essential oils to use in my diffuser this winter. Now, I don’t have to worry about having a nice variety on hand. These bottles are don’t have childproof caps so if you need them, take a pass. I find a lot of these essential oils to be calming and relaxing. Each one is labeled with a mood, event, or emotion. The contents of each bottle are listed on the box and below for your convenience. I didn’t list the benefits, but it’s easy to research them.Each essential oil comes in an amber bottle, which will prevent UV rays from degrading the oil. Each bottle is small and contains only 5ml (0.17 fluid ounces), but with four bottles the quantity should last a while.
