Good UPS
Using more than 10 days so for no issues so many time power supply goes automatically it switched to power backup from ups. I am using for my desktop pc and monitor. My CPU is little heavy cosuming power but ups is giving good performance. I will recommand to go for this ups. It's superb.

Very Very Poor Backup
Writing this after 2 months of usage. Purchased it after seeing positive reviews. Initially seemed working fine. Had connected only my desktop CPU and monitor. (2 devices)Very very poor backup. Not even 2 minutes and immediately shuts down.Raised complaint in customer care and they checked device battery and transformer and changed the transformer, but still same issue. Doesn't last even a minute.Totally not happy and not recommended. My old Luminous 1KV ups was far more better than this.

USELESS, Battery backup less than 2 minutes, poor quality switches
Bought this a 5 days ago and on very first power failure it failed to last for even 2 minutes although was fully charged and on 1000 VA UP, the load was of only PC and monitor i.e. less than 250 VA. Switch is of very poor quality. Avoid Buying

Last week i Buy BPE UPS 1000va- Good products with Quality its cost effective. Service support also good👍. Recommended for buying to all. Make in India under developing Indian brands.

No silent option
It always beeps in battery mode, so it's almost useless for me, this should be mentioned in the description! Beware
