Should supplements be kept in the refrigerator?

We do not recommend keeping supplements in a refrigerator. We suggest you keep your supplement bottles in a cool, dry place such as a cabinet away from heat and humidity.

Should I take my supplements with food or on an empty stomach?

The label's recommendation section will include detailed instructions on how to use a Terry Naturally product. However, it depends upon individual preference. Many people take the supplements with food to reduce the potential for stomach upset.

What time of day should I take my supplements?

Unless specified on the label recommendations, you may take your Terry Naturally supplements at a time of day that works best with your schedule.
