I read the reviews by purchasers of these shoes. 4.3 out of 5.0 overall ratings didn't inspire confidence. However, free Prime returns made it easy to give them a try.The shoes look & feel great.Several 1,2&3 star ratings mention the flimsy nature of the shoes. While extremely comfortable, these shoes are not meant to be worn as every day, several miles per day, shoes. I do plan to wear them at linen dress up (blazer / slacks & suits) occasions during the summer, to keep them looking fresh. Should be able to get several seasons of wear when limited to 5x to 10 x per season.Several reviewers complained about the hurrache weave of the leather scratching the tops of their bare feet. If you happen to be a neanderthal with feet to match, these shoes might be uncomfortable.Shoes I purchase range from size 15 M for Under Armour, Asics and Adidas athletic shoes, to 14 M in Allen Edmonds, Cole Haan and this brand. A nice feature not mentioned by the seller is the elastic heel band, which allows feet to slip into the shoes with ease and maintains the foot in a snug & comfortable fit.

I have purchased the black and brown ones. So far I just received the black ones which came quickly. The look seems similar to the pic but not totally as expected in quality. On the inside, the woven material hurts the top of my feet as soon as I tried them on. As I choose to wear them bare foot, it feels like they are shredding through my skin, which is very disappointing.. the size seem right as I wear a size 11. Unfortunately, I have to return them due to discomfort.

shoe fits larger than size indicates, leather material is thin, not sure how well it will hold up to everyday use. I would buy a 1/2 smaller than your regular size. The shoe looks good and feels good but flimsy due to the thin material.

Awwwww the comfort of the Stacy Adams line of sandals is second to none. This is by far the best pair that I had. Much easier to wear casually or dressy. So join me in wearing the line. Stacy Reins supreme.
