Skeptical at first when a friend recommended this, but after a couple of weeks of no sleep due to hot flashes through the night I was willing to try anything. A little bit in my belly button for three days and my sleep has been restored. I continue to do it each night. When I forgot a couple nights the hot flashes started to return, but a little dab again and all was well.

DoTerra products are great for detox. You can put the drops into empty capsules. If any doubt ask your doctor first
